 Ministry Praises Jidadu ventures Ltd for Gombe Water Project The Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation has commended Jidadu Venture Limited for the quality execution of Gombe State Water Reticulation and Expansion Project initiated by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya. The commendation was made by the Minister of state for Water Resources and Sanitation, Muhammad Bello Goronyo, during a courtesy visit to the Governor of Gombe State, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya at the government house on Wednesday in Gombe. The Gombe State Water Reticulation and Expansion Project was a much-needed initiative to improve the water supply system in the state. According to the Minister, with the quality execution of the project which is around 90 percent completion by Jidadu Venture Limited, the people of Gombe State would have access to uninterrupted clean and safe drinking water supply.  5th December, 2025 Gombe Govt Loud NEDC/ JICA for Donating Public Address system to 11 LGs. Gombe State Government has lauded the contributions of the North East Development Commission NEDC for its support to community development in the state. The Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi  made the commendation Tuesday while receiving Public Address system Equipment from the Commission meant for the 11 Local Government information units. The SSG noted that the North East Development Commission has since inception supported the State in its community development initiatives especially in areas of integration, peace building and improvement of livelihood of the people. Award of Excellence 4th December,2023om Gombe SSG Prof Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi again received an Award of Excellence  for outstanding contribution to Educational development. Professor Njodi was among the few individuals honoured on 28th November, 2023 by the  Faculty of Education Federal University of Kashere during its 3rd annual conference.  The award received on behalf of the SSG by Dr Samuel Alfayo was presented to him today at his office.
