 8th March, 2025  Governor Inuwa Yahaya Hosts Tsangaya Teachers to Iftar …As Forum Crowns Gombe Governor ‘Khadimul Qur’an’ …Lauds Him for Construction of Tsangaya Schools, Free Enrollment of Almajiri into Go-Health Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, has hosted the leadership of the Association of Tsangaya teachers from across the state to a special Iftar at the Government House, Gombe.  This was a continuation of the Governor’s tradition of hosting public Iftar for the citizens of the state, an occasion that provides Governor Inuwa Yahaya with another opportunity to deepen his engagement with the Muslim community and promote peace and brotherhood among all. Addressing his guests shortly after the iftar, Governor Inuwa Yahaya reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to improving the welfare of Tsangaya teachers and Almajiri children, acknowledging the significance of Qur’anic education in the society. Marriage Ceremony: Appreciation Message from Prof Njodi SSG Gombe State

 APPRECIATION!

It's with profound gratitude that  i expressed appreciation to my amiable boss and the people's Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya CON (Dan Majen Gombe) Governor , Gombe State and Chairman Northern States Governors Forum for  not only personally attending the wedding of my Daughter Aisha Ibrahim Njodi but playing a fatherly role.

Your Excellency, you have exhibited a high level of love to me and my  family and we will forever remain grateful.



My  appreciation also goes to His Excellency the Deputy Governor Dr Manassah Daniel Jatau, Hon. Ali Isa JC,Member Federal House of Representatives Abuja, Members of the Gombe State House of Assembly as well as Members of the Gombe State Judiciary family.


Others worthy of mention are; the Secretaries to the Governments of Yobe State,  Alhaji Baba Malam Wali mni, Kaduna State ably represented, the Head of Civil Service of Gombe State Ahmed Kassim Abdullahi, Members of the Gombe State Executive Council Special Advisers and Directors General of Gombe State.


I fully recognise the presence of Permanent Secretaries of Gombe State,Head of Security Agencies as well as Local Government Council Chairmen.


Least I forget  my friends and Colleagues from the Academia 

among whom is the Vice Chancellor Federal University Kashere Prof Umar Pate, the Former Vice Chancellor  University of Maiduguri Prof Aliyu Shugaba, delegation from University of Maiduguri and other heads of Educational institutions in Gombe State.


I must also put on record the All Progressive Party APC chieftains,  Royal Fathers, Religious leaders, members of the business community, esteemed Youth, media representatives and many others too numerous to mention.

 Ag. VC Gombe State University pays tribute to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya for prioritizing  education. ..... Says academic activities resumes today, Monday 28th. The Acting Vice Chancellor of the Gombe State University Professor Sani Ahmed Yauta has paid tribute to Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya's unwavering commitment towards the advancement of higher education in the State especially as it affects the State own premier institution. Professor Yauta gave this indication at a press conference to highlight Governor Inuwa Yahaya uncommon drive  towards the overall welfare of the University in general and its staffs in particular.   AWARD: Njodi, Kallamu, Adamu,Umar Bags National leadership Award of Excellence. .......As recipients dedicate awards to Governor Yahaya, Gombe citizens. The Secretary to the Gombe State Government (SSG) Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has been awarded the best performing Chief scribe in the country by the National Leadership Awards for the year 2024.  Three Commissioners from the State were equally awarded best performing commissioners in their respective line of duty. The commissioners include; Dr. Engr Usman Maijama'a Kallamu of the Works, Housing and Transport ministry, the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice Barr Z. M. Umar and Adamu Ibrahim Pantami of the Ministry of Youth and Sports  Development.
