The Jamb Latest News Update Today on 2022 UTME mock and  everything you need to know can be accessed here.  In today Jamb Latest News update on 2022 UTME mock, JAMB has given an update on JAMB Mock 2022 with a fresh step on 2022 UTME taken so far. On Saturday, April 9th, 2022, the 2022 UTME mock will be held. Every year, JAMB organises a mock UTME examination for candidates who will be taking the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). During the 2022 UTME registration, candidates were asked to indicate their interest in participating in the mock exam. The mock exam is optional, for the record. The score is not added to the main exam, and participation in the main exam is not required.


The 2022 mock exam’s main purpose is to allow candidates to assess their level of preparation and familiarise themselves with the computer-based test environment. The mock exam was introduced in 2017 to provide all candidates with a hands-on experience with the system, particularly for those who are unfamiliar with computer use.


The mock exam also provides an opportunity for JAMB to test all systems in all centres to ensure that they are ready for the main exam. It also prepares CBT centres and gives them an idea of how to deal with candidates during the main exam.


The printing of the 2022 UTME mock slip is expected to begin next week. This will allow those who will be participating in the mock to learn about their centres and other pertinent information. We’ll let you know when it starts.

The Secretary to the Gombe State Government (SSG) Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has been awarded the best performing Chief scribe in the country by the National Leadership Awards for the year 2024.  Three Commissioners from the State were equally awarded best performing commissioners in their respective line of duty. The commissioners include; Dr. Engr Usman Maijama'a Kallamu of the Works, Housing and Transport ministry, the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice Barr Z. M. Umar and Adamu Ibrahim Pantami of the Ministry of Youth and Sports  Development.
