 Tus, Mar 4, 2025 PRESS RELEASE  Deployment :  35 Staff deployed to Gombe State House of Assembly Service Commission assumes duty. Inline with the Gombe State Public Service Reform objectives and effort to fill in existing  manpower gap in the  legislative arm of Government ,Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya CON,(Danmajen Gombe)has approved  the immediate deployment of thirty five (35) staff  drawn from various MDAs within the State Civil Service to the  State House of Assembly and the House Assembly Service Commission respectively. The inadequate staffing has largely contributed to Ineffective service delivery in the Legislative Arm of Government.However when the issue was brought to the Governors attention an immediate  approval was given through the office of the Head of Civil Service to  facilitate and work out modalties in liaison with  Civil Service Commission for the immediate deployment of suitable candidates. Gombe First Lady Launches Distribution of Ramadan Palliative to Vulnerable Groups in Gombe State. Wife of Gombe state Governor, Asma'u Inuwa Yahaya has flagged off the distribution of food palliative to vulnerable people and associations across the state with the aim of easing the economic burden during the holy month of Ramadan.  The first lady handed over the food items including rice, cooking oil and pasta to representatives of the 11 local areas, religious groups, people living with disabilities,the executive of the All Progressives Congress(APC)and association of people with sickle cell held at the banquet hall, government house, Gombe state. "This support is intended to assist the beneficiaries and their families, enabling them to focus on their vital religious responsibilities during the sacred period."
