19 Northern States SSG's meet in Kaduna
.... To deliberate on Agenda for Governors of the region ahead of their meeting.
Ahead of the meeting of the Northern Governors of Nigeria, the forum of Secretaries of the Government of the 19 Northern States have converge in Kaduna to set Agenda for the meeting of their principals slated to begin tomorrow Monday.
In an opening remark the chairman of the forum of secretaries of the government of the 19 Northern States and Chief scribe to Gombe State Government Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi thanked his colleagues for their unflinching commitment, loyalty and determination to the service of their various states
Professor Njodi encourage the SSG's to remain resolute in their job description stressing that the task of administration and governance is not only daunting but challenging.
While recalling with concern the numerous unfortunate incidences leading to the loss of lives and properties across the North, the Chairman of the SSG's express gratitude to God for still sustaining the region in particular and the nation as a whole.
"There were instances of flood disaster in Bauchi, Borno, Yobe and terror attacks in Yobe, Zamfara and some parts of Katsina and Niger States as well as the unfunate petrol tanker explosion which claims many lives in Jigawa state. As a matter of fact the delay in rainfall was also another worrisome issue but by and large God was able to miraculously make things easier for the zone so as a people we thank him".
Earlier before the commencement of the meeting a one minute silence was observed for the victims of various disasters across the 19 States of the region.

Taron SSG na Jihohin Arewa 19 a Kaduna
.... Domin tattaunawa kan Ajandar Gwamnonin yankin gabanin taron nasu.
Gabanin taron gwamnonin Arewacin Najeriya, kungiyar sakatarorin gwamnatin jihohin Arewa 19 ta hallara a Kaduna don tsara ajanda na taron shugabannin su da aka shirya za a fara gobe litinin.
A jawabin bude taron shugaban kungiyar sakatarorin gwamnatin jahohin Arewa 19 kuma babban magatakarda na gwamnatin jihar Gombe Farfesa Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi ya godewa takwarorinsa bisa jajircewa da biyayya da jajircewa da suke yi na yiwa jihohinsu hidima.
Farfesa Njodi yana ƙarfafa SSG's da su ci gaba da jajircewa a cikin kwatancen aikinsu yana mai jaddada cewa aikin gudanarwa da gudanar da mulki ba kawai mai wahala ba ne amma yana da ƙalubale.
A yayin da yake tunawa da dimbin abubuwan da suka faru na rashin jin dadi da suka haddasa asarar rayuka da dukiyoyi a fadin Arewa, Shugaban SSG ya nuna godiya ga Allah da ya ci gaba da raya yankin musamman da kasa baki daya.
“An samu aukuwar bala’in ambaliya a Bauchi, Borno, Yobe da kuma hare-haren ta’addanci a Yobe, Zamfara da wasu sassan jihohin Katsina da Neja da kuma fashewar tankar man fetur da ta yi sanadin mutuwar mutane da dama a jihar Jigawa. jinkirin damina ma wani lamari ne mai tayar da hankali amma gaba daya Allah ya kawo mana sauki ta hanyar mu'ujiza don haka a matsayinmu na jama'a muna gode masa".
Tun da farko kafin a fara taron an yi shiru na minti daya ga wadanda bala'o'i ya rutsa da su a fadin Jihohin 19 na yankin.
