Gwamnan Gombe Ya Halarci Babban Taron PEBEC Domin Samar Da Saukin Yin Kasuwanci


Gwamnan jihar Gombe, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, ya halarci taron kaddamar da kungiyar ba da damar kasuwanci ta kasa (PEBEC) a fadar shugaban kasa da ke Abuja. 


Taron wanda mataimakin shugaban kasa Kashim Shettima ya jagoranta, ya kasance wani dandali ne na zurfafa yin gyare-gyare a hukumar ta PEBEC bayan kammala shirin aiwatar da gyaran fuska na tsawon kwanaki 90.

Baya ga Gwamna Inuwa Yahaya, taron ya samu halartar wasu ministoci da shugabannin hukumomin gwamnatin tarayya sama da 50 da kungiyoyinsu na kawo sauyi da wakilan kamfanoni masu zaman kansu da sauran masu ruwa da tsaki.


An kafa PEBEC ne a watan Yulin 2016 da Gwamnatin Tarayya ta kafa don sa ido kan harkokin kasuwanci a Najeriya tare da wajabta biyu na kawar da matsalolin ofisoshi da na majalisa don yin kasuwanci da inganta fahimtar saukin kasuwanci a Najeriya.


Ku tuna cewa Majalisar Gudanar da Harkokin Kasuwancin Shugaban Kasa, a cikin 2021 da 2023 na Subnational Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) rahotanni sun sanya Gombe a matsayin mafi kyawun gabaÉ—aya, kuma jihar da ke da kyakkyawan yanayin kasuwanci a Najeriya.

Gombe Governor Participates in High-Level PEBEC Meeting to Boost Ease of Doing Business

Gombe State Governor,  Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya,  CON has attended the inaugural Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) townhall meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. 


The town hall meeting, Chaired by Vice President Kashim Shettima, served as a platform to deepen the PEBEC’s regulatory reform mandate following the completion of the 90-day Regulatory Reform Accelerator Action Plan.

Apart from Governor Inuwa Yahaya, the meeting had in attendance, some ministers, heads of over 50 federal government agencies and their reform teams, representatives of the organised private sector and other stakeholders.


PEBEC was established in July 2016 by the Federal Government to oversee Nigeria’s business environment intervention with the dual mandate of removing bureaucratic and legislative constraints to doing business and improving the perception of the ease of doing business in Nigeria.


Recall that the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council, had in its 2021 and 2023 Subnational Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) reports ranked Gombe as the overall best, and the state with the friendliest environment for business in Nigeria.

The Secretary to the Gombe State Government (SSG) Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has been awarded the best performing Chief scribe in the country by the National Leadership Awards for the year 2024.  Three Commissioners from the State were equally awarded best performing commissioners in their respective line of duty. The commissioners include; Dr. Engr Usman Maijama'a Kallamu of the Works, Housing and Transport ministry, the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice Barr Z. M.
